Doreen Tango
My name is Doreen Tango, a first-year student at the Institute of Finance Management. I would like to share some of the challenges I encountered shortly after completing my A-level education. During this period, my family faced continuous conflicts that placed a significant strain on decision-making for my siblings and me. This challenging time forced me to learn how to make positive, independent decisions, especially in social matters, and strengthened my determination to overcome obstacles.
Another experience that had a lasting impact on me was when my aunt surprised me with the offer of a gift after I performed well in my A-level examinations. Her encouragement and generosity made me feel both motivated and appreciated, which inspired me to continue striving for excellence. Living away from my parents taught me self-reliance, as I had to manage my own well-being and responsibilities. This experience made me realize how much I’ve grown and that I am capable of guiding others, not only those younger than me but also my peers and elders.
Finally, I gained valuable leadership experience through my involvement in school. As a student leader, I focused on fostering confidence among other leaders by setting an example. My efforts helped students understand their rights and responsibilities within the school and the wider community. At home, as an older sibling, I guide my younger siblings on how to support our parents and be obedient and responsible in all aspects of family life.

Hello WEF,
I hope you are fine. I am also fine.

Today I want to share with you about ways to attempt examination in secondary education.
To successfully attempt a national A-Level examination in Tanzania, students should begin by thoroughly understanding the examination format and syllabus outlined by NECTA, ensuring all topics are covered during revision. Effective time management is crucial—create a realistic study timetable that allocates adequate time for each subject, focusing more on weaker areas. Practice using past papers and marking schemes to familiarize yourself with question patterns and improve answering techniques. During the exam, read instructions carefully, plan essay responses before writing, manage time wisely to attempt all questions, and review answers if time permits. Lastly, maintain a healthy lifestyle with adequate rest, nutrition, and stress management to ensure peak performance during examination days.
Today I am end up here.
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏.
Hellow WEF,
I hope that you are all fine,On my side am doing good.Today i would like to share with you about youth in these days most of the youth especially the university students do face a lot of challenges that they can't express to anyone as we know that men do not express their self problems thus these make them face and decide to commit death to their own, others jump down from high buildings, hung themselves and other suicide actions and these mostly are caused due to bad relationship either in their socities, with their girlfriends in love and also to their families. Some youth have no good relation with their families and thus these make most of the youth not to get how to express their problems to their families.
Thank you all.I have shared these because its real and i need to talk to parents to improve good relation with their children and to be as friends in difficult circumstances.
Bye...May God grant you more blessings.
