Leadership is such a fun thing not everyone will be blessed with. Because to be a leader means to guide and direct others on what to do so a good leader should have humanity, good character and a creative mind. Leadership has a lot of ups and downs but it’s like a passion to me so it doesn’t make me tough. And the school fund is highly supporting us in all sectors. My leadership has made so many positive differences in my school, my community and also in my family as follows.
Through my leadership I serve my community from bad cultural practices. For example, female genital multination, women were beating as well as female and child raping. My community was highly affected with those negative cultural works so I stand and use my leadership to serve women and the community. First of all, I use to make some rules to make a limit towards women and children. Now I have managed to eliminate all those bad cultures.
I use my leadership to rid my family from conflicts. A good leader ensures that there is peace and harmony in his or her area. So, my services help to make my family unite again and eliminate all misunderstanding.
Through my services I created a good environment in my school for better performance. As we know that a safe environment supports the performance of students, I did it well.
All in all, leadership needs tolerance so I will still use my leadership to serve people as long as they need it. By then a good leader is one who looks beyond the future of the community at all.
