It was September 2019 when I was told that I was chosen to be a member of the TSF program and that I was to be supported in my whole secondary education, this came as a pleasant surprise to my family as they had a problem with getting my school fees and other requirements since they had a hard time with providing them to all of us. I would like to express my gratitude to the TSF team for everything that they have done for both me and my family. We are all forever grateful for all your assistance through out the years.

Hello TSF family,

I hope you’re all doing well. Today is a special day—International Women’s Day (March 8) 🌍💜. It is a time to celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women around the world. More than that, it is a reminder that empowering women means empowering entire communities.

Why This Day Matters
International Women’s Day is not just about recognition; it’s about action. It is a call to:
✅ Appreciate the women in our lives—our mothers, sisters, friends, and mentors.
✅ Advocate for gender equality—because progress happens when everyone gets equal opportunities.
✅ Support and uplift one another—because true change starts with us.

Invest in Women, Accelerate Progress 🚀
The theme for this year is "Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress." This reminds us that when we invest in women—through education, leadership opportunities, and equal rights—the whole world benefits.

A Message to All Women
To all the strong, hardworking, and inspiring women, we see you, we appreciate you, and we celebrate you! 🎉 Your presence, dreams, and contributions matter. Keep shining! ✨💜

As TSF students, let’s continue to respect, support, and uplift the women in our lives. Together, we can create a world where everyone—regardless of gender—has a chance to succeed.

Happy International Women’s Day! 💐💜
Warm Greetings, TSF Family!
I hope you are all doing well and progressing in your academic and personal journeys. Today, I want to share an important lesson about self-worth and how it affects our success. Understanding the Image. In the image above, we see a beautiful fish looking into a mirror. However, instead of seeing its true colors, it only sees a distorted reflection—two thin lines. The message on the image states: "You just don’t know how to value yourself."
This is a powerful statement that reminds us of a common struggle—many people fail to recognize their own value. They see themselves through a limited, negative, or distorted lens, rather than appreciating their full potential.
How Self-Worth Affects Success
As TSF scholars, our journey is full of challenges, expectations, and opportunities. However, one of the biggest obstacles we may face is self-doubt. If we don’t believe in our own abilities, we risk: Settling for less than we deserve – We may not apply for leadership roles, scholarships, or opportunities because we think we are not "good enough."
Not reaching our full potential – We limit our growth by underestimating ourselves.
Seeking validation from others – Instead of believing in our own worth, we wait for others to define it.
How to Build Self-Worth
1. Recognize Your Strengths – Everyone has unique talents and abilities. Take time to appreciate what you do well.
2. Challenge Negative Thoughts – When you catch yourself thinking, "I can't do this," replace it with, "I will try my best."
3. Surround Yourself with Supportive People – Be around those who encourage and uplift you.
4. Celebrate Small Wins – Every step forward is progress, no matter how small.
5. Set Goals and Take Action – Confidence grows when you see yourself achieving things, even if they are small steps.
Final Thought: See Yourself Clearly You are capable, intelligent, and full of potential. Don’t let self-doubt or negative perceptions limit you. Look at yourself with confidence, embrace your value, and go after your dreams!
Until Next Time…
Keep believing in yourself, keep working hard, and keep striving for greatness!
With encouragement,
Eva Steward
