Geoffery Amboye
I come from a close-knit family that has been instrumental in shaping my character. Growing up, I faced various early life experiences, including navigating financial challenges and taking on responsibilities at a young age.
The worst experience in my life was seeing a family member battle with illness, which taught me resilience and the importance of cherishing moments with loved ones.
A moment of immense pride for me was when I earned the title of school captain in high school, a testament to my dedication and hard work. My high school life was marked by academic excellence and active involvement in extracurricular activities.
My dream is to pursue a career in medicine, and my plan to achieve this is through rigorous education and community involvement.
Once I achieve my dream, I aspire to give back to my family, community, and organizations like WEF and U-TENA at large that have supported me.
If I had the power to change my country, I would like to use my influence to address issues like accessibility of healthcare.

Dear World Education Fund and U-Tena,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the generous support you have provided me in funding my education. Your contributions have been instrumental in allowing me to pursue my academic goals, and I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and belief in my potential.

This semester has been a rewarding experience overall. I have engaged deeply with my coursework and have gained valuable insights that I believe will shape my future. While I have faced a few challenges along the way, I am committed to working hard and overcoming any obstacles that come my way. Your support has motivated me to push through difficulties and remain focused on my studies.

One significant challenge we encountered this semester was a lecturers' strike that affected many universities in Kenya. This situation disrupted our learning environment, causing delays in our classes and examinations. Despite this setback, I have tried to remain proactive in my studies, utilizing the time to review materials and collaborate with fellow students to ensure we stay on track. I believe that perseverance during these trying times is essential, and I am determined to make the most of my education.

Once again, I want to extend my sincere thanks to the World Education Fund and U-Tena for your unwavering support. Your investment in my education is not just a financial contribution; it is a belief in my future and all goals and the outcome will be seen.
Dear world education fund
First of all let me start by saying thank you for the scholarship and the fee I got school life has been good ever since we came out of the pandemic I managed to score a B- but made more effort in the second series and scored a B which has been an achievement this was due to group working and mentoring programs from U-tena organization.
Then due to fee payment there was minimal disruption due to unpaid fee in school .I look forward to putting more effort in my studies to achieve better grades in my end year examinations come next year December.
With those few regards I once again say thank you.
