I am the third born in a family of five children. I live with my uncle in Iringa Town. My father died when I was still young. My mother is a peasant farmer.
The most difficult moment in my life was when I lost my father. After his death, our lives became difficult. We entirely depend on seasonal agricultural activity for our survival. My mother grows maize and beans. To pay for the family's needs, she has to sell the surplus produce. Sometimes the price goes down, so we can't get enough money to satisfy family needs. It is also difficult for us to go to school. The experience taught me the importance of not depending on one source of income for survival and that it is important to put savings aside.
In the future, I want to be a pilot. I want to travel around the world to see places and learn about other people's cultures. By being a pilot, I am sure I'll have a chance to visit places and invest there. I will support my mom and my uncle. I will also find ways to continue to stay connected with TSFTZ and the WEF. I will support the poor and needy students so that they can also reach their targets.
If I had the power to change my country, I would restructure the educational system in a way that nurtures students ambitions from early years.

Hello once again.
Now, I would like to how to Overcome Fear in various situations.
Fear is something that every person experiences at some point in life. It can be fear of speaking in front of others, fear of failure, fear of trying something new, or even fear of being judged. But the good news is, fear can be controlled and overcome.

The first step to overcoming fear is to understand it. Ask yourself: Why am I afraid? Understanding the cause of your fear helps you face it more clearly.

Secondly, face your fear slowly. Start by taking small steps. For example, if you're afraid to speak in class, try answering a simple question first. The more you face it, the less power it has over you.

Third, believe in yourself. Have confidence that you can do it. Talk positively to yourself and avoid negative thoughts.

Lastly, ask for help or support. Talk to a friend, teacher, or family member. Sometimes, sharing your fear with someone makes it feel smaller.

In conclusion, fear is normal, but it should not stop us from growing. Be brave, take small steps, and always believe that you are stronger than your fears.
Have a nice day.
