I live in Iringa with both parents. The moment I felt especially proud of myself was when I passed my grade seven examination. The most difficult experience in my life was when I broke my hand. My parents did not have enough money for medical treatment. From this I learned that the thing to do is never give up.
My dream is to become a civil engineer. I will study hard in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. After I reach my dream, I will help to make and fix roads for the community, and I will help to make houses for the WEF members. I would like to change the country so that all engineers are friendly and helpful to the community.

Hi students,

Today, let’s talk about something many of us experience but don’t often discuss bloating.

Bloating is a common condition where your stomach feels full, tight, or swollen. Sometimes it even looks visibly larger than normal. This can happen after eating or drinking, and it’s often caused by excess gas, indigestion, or the way your body handles certain foods.

One major cause of bloating is overeating, especially foods that are high in salt, sugar, or fat. These can slow down digestion and cause your belly to feel heavy. Another cause is eating too fast or talking while eating, which can cause you to swallow air. Some people may also bloat because of food intolerances, such as lactose (found in milk) or gluten (found in wheat).

Bloating can also be linked to hormonal changes, especially in women during their menstrual cycle. Stress, constipation, or lack of exercise can make bloating worse as well.

To reduce bloating, try drinking plenty of water, eating slowly, avoiding carbonated drinks, and choosing fiber-rich foods to help with digestion. Light exercise like walking can also help move gas through your system.

In most cases, bloating is not serious and goes away on its own. But if it happens often or comes with pain, vomiting, or weight loss, it’s important to talk to a doctor.

Understanding bloating helps us take better care of our bodies and feel more comfortable in our daily lives.

For me today i wants to inform you my friend that am glad for the selection of 2025 they have been released... And i have been selected to join advanced level at SONGEA BOY'S SECONDARY SCHOOL.. I'm so happy to be selected to join there coz I've been wishing to study at that school ... it's a good school actualy many friend they've been telling me about it..so for me to selected there it's a lucky for me...
Now I've been making preparations for the school and thanks Good everything is going good I hope on 10'th of July I'll be there at school already arrived...
I promice I'll study hard and harder to have a good performance though my brothers and sister you have been advising and giving us hope to do well ... So I'll keep on your advices whole over my studies...
