Kastuli Andrea
I have learned that everything that begins can also end. This realization has helped me overcome the fear of obstacles. Challenges and setbacks are temporary, and with faith in God and consistent hard work, they can lead to success and better opportunities.
Receiving a scholarship from WEF was a defining moment in my life. It made me believe my dreams were attainable, and this newfound hope motivated me to work harder. As a result, I consistently achieved outstanding academic performance, securing Division One throughout my high school years.
During my ordinary education I was a scout leader, I took pride in eradicating illegal activities such as drug abuse, violence, and riots in our school. This effort transformed the school community, earning me admiration and recognition. Ultimately, I was honored as the Top Best Student in Discipline and Smartness, a testament to my leadership and service.
These experiences have shaped me into a determined, responsible, and disciplined individual, eager to continue growing personally and contributing positively to my community.

Hello WEF,
I hope you are fine. I am also fine.

Today I want to share with you about ways to attempt examination in secondary education.
To successfully attempt a national A-Level examination in Tanzania, students should begin by thoroughly understanding the examination format and syllabus outlined by NECTA, ensuring all topics are covered during revision. Effective time management is crucial—create a realistic study timetable that allocates adequate time for each subject, focusing more on weaker areas. Practice using past papers and marking schemes to familiarize yourself with question patterns and improve answering techniques. During the exam, read instructions carefully, plan essay responses before writing, manage time wisely to attempt all questions, and review answers if time permits. Lastly, maintain a healthy lifestyle with adequate rest, nutrition, and stress management to ensure peak performance during examination days.
Today I am end up here.
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏.
