I have had hard experiences because my parents had difficulties in paying my school fees. So most of the tome I would not go to school because of lack of school fees. And also my parent's separation gave me hard time in school. Through their separation I got to know that no matter what, I can do my best in school and nothing can come between.
The time I felt most proud of myself was when I passed my national exam. This helped me get into national school. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life was passing my KCPE exam. It made me so happy.
My dream is to become a lecturer. I am going to get theere with the help of my mother and of U-TENA. After I reach my dream, I am going to improve the living standards of my family and also the poor families in the community to get education. I would improve the economy of our country for a better living of common citizen.

First, I would love to start by thanking the Almighty for enabling me to finish third term of third academic year.
Then term was full of many obstacles. I was sent home twice due to lack of school fees and had to stay home for about one month. During this period that I was home I missed a lot of lessons. I returned to school one week before our end of term exam.
Although I was not able to achieve my set goal, I was able to improve from the opener exam. I promise to keep on working hard and to improve my grades.
I also pray and hope that the U-Tena foundation will continue to support us.
Thank you.
First I would like to thank the Almighty for enabling me to go through the first term of this year. It has not been so easy. I want to thank U-Tena Foundation for the 15,000/= school fees. This has lowered the amount of school fees balance and I’m so grateful for that.
At school there has been a high competition. I improved in my marks, though slightly dropped in the overall class position. I hope in the next opener exam in term 2, I will be able to improve in both my grade and class position.
I promise to work harder in order to achieve my dream and also be able to return in the society. Once again I would love to thank the U-Tena Foundation for their support and pray that they will continue to support more students.
