The most challenging experience in my life was when I felt seriously ill. This experience taught me the importance of maintaining good health, and I learned to strengthen my immunity through proper nutrition and self-care.
I felt proud of myself in life when I passed my Class Seven exams with outstanding results. This achievement filled me with confidence and solidified my dream of becoming a civil engineer. I envision using these skills to design and construct sustainable infrastructure that benefits the community and contributes to the development of my country.
To achieve my dreams, I must pursue secondary and higher education, focusing on civil engineering.
Once I achieve my dreams, I want to help my community by designing and building roads, bridges, and buildings that improve people's lives. I also want to give back to my family by providing them with a comfortable home and supporting their financial stability. Beyond that, I would like to repay the organization by helping the other students get a better education and achieve their dreams.

• Limit processed foods, sugar, and salty or fatty snacks.
• Drink enough clean water daily (at least 6–8 glasses)
2. Exercise Regularly
• Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity most days of the week.
• Activities like walking, dancing, cycling, or sports improve heart health, fitness, and mood.
• Stretching and strength exercises also keep muscles and joints strong.
3. Get Enough Sleep
• Adults need 7–9 hours of sleep every night.
• Good sleep improves memory, concentration, and mood, and helps the body repair itself.
4. Practice Good Hygiene
• Bathe regularly and keep your body clean.
• Wash your hands often, especially before eating and after using the toilet.
5. Manage Stress
• Relax through hobbies, prayer, meditation, or talking to someone you trust.
• Avoid overthinking or isolating yourself when things get hard.
6. Avoid Harmful Habits
• Don’t smoke or use tobacco.
• Limit alcohol intake, if any.
• Avoid drug abuse or any harmful substances.
7. Regular Medical Check-ups
• Visit health clinics for regular checkups and vaccinations.
• Get tested for common diseases (like malaria, HIV, diabetes, etc.).
