Asmaa Mnungwana
My name is Asmaa Omary Mnungwana. I'm a form one student at Miyomboni Secondary School. I live in the Iringa region with my parents and five brothers.
The most challenging challenge I faced was during my studies for the standard seven examinations. Because there were few teachers and supporting materials during that period, I used a lot of energy to study to reach my dream.
When the results of my examinations were out, and I discovered that I had passed all the subjects, I felt proud of myself, and this gave me a vision that my dream would come true.
I want to be a Dentist. To become one, I should study science subjects, be confident, and be careful.
When I reach my dream, I will help my parents build a house and help my young brother get a good education. I will help the community by treating teeth problems and teaching people how to care for their teeth. I will support the school fund (TSFTZ) by providing computers in their offices.

Hello once again.
Now, I would like to how to Overcome Fear in various situations.
Fear is something that every person experiences at some point in life. It can be fear of speaking in front of others, fear of failure, fear of trying something new, or even fear of being judged. But the good news is, fear can be controlled and overcome.

The first step to overcoming fear is to understand it. Ask yourself: Why am I afraid? Understanding the cause of your fear helps you face it more clearly.

Secondly, face your fear slowly. Start by taking small steps. For example, if you're afraid to speak in class, try answering a simple question first. The more you face it, the less power it has over you.

Third, believe in yourself. Have confidence that you can do it. Talk positively to yourself and avoid negative thoughts.

Lastly, ask for help or support. Talk to a friend, teacher, or family member. Sometimes, sharing your fear with someone makes it feel smaller.

In conclusion, fear is normal, but it should not stop us from growing. Be brave, take small steps, and always believe that you are stronger than your fears.
Have a nice day.
