Christian Kasuga
My name is Christian Felix Kasuga, and I come from Iringa. I am a Form One student at Miyomboni Secondary School. The hardest experience in my life was when I injured my left leg on a piece of glass. Because of that, I learned to walk carefully while wearing shoes.
I felt proud when I passed my national exam in class four. My dream is to become a cardiologist, and I will achieve this by studying hard and focusing on science. Once I reach my goal, I will help my family financially and support people with heart problems in my community. I also want to help TSFTZ by getting involved in different activities and assisting other students to reach their dreams.

Hello once again.
Now, I would like to how to Overcome Fear in various situations.
Fear is something that every person experiences at some point in life. It can be fear of speaking in front of others, fear of failure, fear of trying something new, or even fear of being judged. But the good news is, fear can be controlled and overcome.

The first step to overcoming fear is to understand it. Ask yourself: Why am I afraid? Understanding the cause of your fear helps you face it more clearly.

Secondly, face your fear slowly. Start by taking small steps. For example, if you're afraid to speak in class, try answering a simple question first. The more you face it, the less power it has over you.

Third, believe in yourself. Have confidence that you can do it. Talk positively to yourself and avoid negative thoughts.

Lastly, ask for help or support. Talk to a friend, teacher, or family member. Sometimes, sharing your fear with someone makes it feel smaller.

In conclusion, fear is normal, but it should not stop us from growing. Be brave, take small steps, and always believe that you are stronger than your fears.
Have a nice day.
