Brian Mollel
My name is Brian Mollel, and I come from a humble background in Karatu. My family's economic situation has always influenced my life choices and aspirations. My father is a form four graduate and works as a peasant, while my mother, who completed standard six, works as a shopkeeper. Despite their hard work, our financial situation remains challenging. My parents struggle to meet basic needs such as food, clothing, and education for the family. Paying school fees and taxes often adds to their burden, making it difficult to provide for my siblings and me.
Despite these challenges, my family shares many joyful moments that bring us closer together. We maintain a loving atmosphere where respect and care are paramount. My mother plays a crucial role in uniting us, ensuring that we support one another through thick and thin. We find ways to celebrate small achievements and moments of happiness, which provides us with comfort amid our struggles. These moments taught me the value of family support and resilience.
However, difficulties have also marked our journey. Our limited income has often meant that acquiring basic necessities can be a challenge. There have been times when my mother's business has faced threats from theft and robbery, adding to our worries. Such struggles have instilled in me a sense of determination and a desire to change my family's situation.
I wish to give back to the school funds, my community and my family. To my parents I will build a good house, to the school fund I will help my fellow in posting journals and to the community I will make sure I will give education about how to serve money.

Hi everyone there đź‘‹
Today let's see this interesting topic.
Failure
Often seen as something negative, but in reality, it can be one of the most powerful learning experiences in life. Every successful person has faced failure at some point—whether in school, career, or personal goals. What sets them apart is not that they avoided failure, but that they used it as a lesson. When we fail, we are given a chance to reflect, identify our weaknesses, and grow stronger. Each mistake teaches us what doesn’t work, guiding us toward what will work in the future.
Instead of letting failure discourage us, we should view it as a stepping stone toward success. It builds resilience, sharpens our focus, and strengthens our determination. Many great inventions and discoveries were born after countless failed attempts.
This mindset helps us keep going even when things are tough. In the end, failure is not the end—it's a necessary part of the journey to achieving greatness.
Thanks
Hello WEF, today I want to share with you about co-curricular activities I enjoyed.
Aside from academics, I enjoyed participating in sports and debate club. Playing football helped me stay fit and taught me teamwork. It was a great way to relax after long hours of studying.

Debate club was exciting because it improved my public speaking skills. I learned how to argue my points respectfully and confidently. These activities added fun to my school life and helped me grow in many ways.
