I am currently taking a program of Doctor of Medicine (MD/MBBS) at university. The difficult experience in early life was when my father left us just because life was tough and he had to go to other cities to look for jobs. My mother had to work hard at that time in order to raise me well since there was no communication with my father.
Just to mention few difficult experience I encountered in my life: the day headmaster sent me home for school fees and my parents didn't have the money and the day my mother was preparing fried dough to sell for the next day and unfortunately fell down over hot cooking oil. She was badly injured and our neighbors helped by treating her with traditional medicine till she recovered.
When I was selected to join university, I realized that I am reaching my dream. It is the moment that I felt proud of myself and the happiest thing that happened in my life. My dream is to be a cardiologist. I am going to reach that dream by studying extra hard and also volunteering to work in different hospitals in order to get experience.
After I reach my dream, I want to encourage other WEF students to work extra hard and do what I have done. Also I want to volunteer to work with TSF to see the organization continuing to achieve its mission and vision. For my family, I will help my parents by giving them everything they want because they will be old and they have no savings till now.
If I had the power, I would like to start issuing National Health Insurance Cards to all Tanzanians to give them access to better health services at lower cost. I would also like to advise the government about building more hospitals in rural areas and sending more health practitioners.

Dear Students,
Happy Year of the Tiger!
During Chinese New Year, people are doing a lot of celebration activities. The main Chinese New Year activities include 1) putting up decorations, 2) offering sacrifices to ancestors, 3) eating reunion dinner with family on New Year's Eve, 4) giving red envelopes (money to kids) and other gifts, 5) and doing/watching firecrackers and fireworks. The tiger embodies courage and bravery, so the new year could symbolize resilience and strength — even in times of struggle. May the new year bring you new possibilities, new horizons, new success and new joys.
Grace
