I experienced situations and learned that no matter how difficult your life is you should not give up, there will be light ahead which guides and enables you to pass through difficulties. I felt a burden on me when my biological mother passed away and I could not help it. I had to stand up for my young siblings as a sister and so I learned again to be self-dependent, strong and a hard worker.
The most memorable and happiest thing in my life was when I was supported by my guardian on moving on with my dreams despite all the moments of sadness, we were through, and now I am so proud of myself I can stand for my siblings.
After reaching my dreams I would like to help my family members, community and WEF in reaching their dreams and targeted goals in any way I could.
If I would have the power to change my country, then I would like to change the health system in such that every person should be able access treatment and medication smoothly regardless of their economic status.

Hello family.....
How are you all? how are you doing in generally?? I hope this message finds you physically, mentally, socially and spiritually stable.
Actually i would like to inform you that being healthy doesn't mean your not ill or sick and not being healthy does not mean that your sick from any kind of symptoms or diseases.....but being healthy according to world health organization (WHO), means you are stable both physically, mentally and socially without merely the absence of diseases that means there is nothing to disturb your daily activities.
When these aspects are disturbed into extent to affect your daily activities so it makes you unhealthy, so what should you do??.....if it is a medical condition then go see the doctor promptly, but if not then speak your problems to people whom you think they can be of help...ask for opinions from appropriate place.....asking for help doesn't kill but it helps getting probable and best solutions of your problems.

I'll be honored hear from anyone who might need emotional support.
Yours,
Shamsa.
Hello family .........
It's my hope that you all are doing great and I'm just fine since my family is also doing great physically, socially, mentally and spiritually not merely the absence of diseases because that is what healthy means

And today I would like to share with you on why ocean are salty than rivers while rivers drains it's water into oceans.

It's because the saltiness of the ocean is the result of several natural influences and processes, water from rivers entering the ocean is just one of these factors.

In the beginning, the primeval seas were probably only slightly salty. But over time, as rain fell to the Earth and ran over the land, breaking up rocks and transporting their minerals to the ocean, the ocean has become saltier.

Rain replenishes freshwater in rivers and streams, so they don’t taste salty. However, the water in the ocean collects all of the salt and minerals from all of the rivers that flow into it that is why it's water becomes salty.

It is estimated that the rivers and streams flowing from the United States alone discharge 225 million tons of dissolved solids and 513 million tons of suspended sediment annually to the ocean. Throughout the world, rivers carry an estimated four billion tons of dissolved salts to the ocean annually.

About the same tonnage of salt from ocean water probably is deposited as sediment on the ocean bottom and thus, yearly gains may offset yearly losses. In other words, the ocean today probably has a balanced salt input and output and so the ocean is no longer getting saltier
