I would like to share some of the things that I have experienced in my life. Since my childhood I never got to see my father. My mother had a difficult time raising my brother and me without a father's help. Living with a single parent is the most difficult experience in my life. Passing my O-level studies with a score of Division1 was the moment I felt proud of myself. It gave me hope and courage to work harder. My most precious and happiest memory was being selected to undertake my university studies at the college of Business and Economics, University of Dodoma.

For now, my dream is to become a successful businessman in Tanzania and maybe Africa. Therefore, I will increase discipline and efforts in my studies, but also in the business projects that I am looking forward to having. After I reach my dream, I will help my family, society and WEF by giving educational support and contribution to those with financial complications. I will also share my income with WEF students who need support to reach their dreams. If I had power to change my country, I would change the education system, so that it would be more practical for Tanzanian scholars. Finally, I would like to give special thanks to the WEF family for being a true family to me.

Hello WEF family.
ATOMIC HABITS, a very interesting book written by James Clear tought me how a simple and naive person can transform to a better, in fact a more successful one. Just like how atoms combines to build an atom, habits when combined they build a character. From my point of view, two persons of the same background and personality may differ in their success because of character.
We actually born with our personalities but it's our job to build the characters we prefer. And here James Clear came with an answer to how we can build pleasant characters and break bad one.
For the sake of understanding, habits are the actions we do in a repeated manner (daily routine) to the extent that they become automatic. Just like how most of youths now days will open their mobile phones just after waking up before anything else.
James Clear has explained in deep why it's very difficult for a person to break bad habits and form good ones. And sometimes even if we succeed to build good habits, it will take just few days until they start to feel like a hassle and quite hard to continue.
According to James Clear it's because either, try to change the wrong things or we try to get rid of our habits in a wrong way. Either of the ways it remains a fact that our habits will determine our identity (who we really are) and therefore our characters.
It will take knowledge from this book to build a foundation of one's new and better life. Therefore, I would recommend that you ready and have this knowledge for your better self.
Please let me know if you have learnt something from ATOMIC HABITS.
Thank you and have the best afternoon.
Hello WEF family.
It's my hope that everyone is well and progressing. Let me share some of the ideas from my study.
Back then, at primary school my parent, teachers even strangers would advise me to behave well and have discipline, lack of which will someday hinder not just me but anyone else from success. So I was egger to acquire this success' top secret, however no body really told me where to start. So there were times when I couldn't tell a difference of discipline from good morals. Teachers told discipline is to abide from whatever the say without questions and as I told, after school parents would tell the same that discipline is to listen and do whatever they say at home. Society also speaks of discipline as good cultural values, like dressing well and greeting elders as a sign of respect, what a confusion?? 🤯🤯, Because, they all speak of the same thing, respect. So, who was to tell me what really is discipline about??🤔, How does a person become disciplined.
It's very interesting to see that most of people in my society couldn't tell what really discipline is, or perhaps what they said is a truth.
Before going further, I would like to know from your perspectives and understanding, what you think about discipline and how can a person be disciplined.
Thank you and I love you.
