When my father left us when I was only 9 months old, it was the most difficult experience I have had in life. My most memorable and the happiest thing in my life is when I was in advanced level and received a scholarship from WEF.

Once my dream was to be a doctor, but now I am taking a Bachelor of Science in nursing and I am happy with it. After I graduate with my degree and finish a one-year internship, I will volunteer in any hospital to help with various services. If I had the power to change my country, I would like to put more emphasis on youth and their various matters.

Hello everyone
How are you?! Happy easter to you all. Now in our class we have started clinical rotation and this week i was in pediatric surgical ward and i want to share with you a little bit about bone healing process in children where in bone healing process it involves three stages which are inflamatory stage , repair stage and remodeling stage and is quite important to understand the histological aspect of fracture healing. It is helpful in the clinical practice to recognize how fracture management induces biological reaction. Repair process is classified into primary and secondary fracture healing. Primary healing is direct bone repair without endochondral ossification, which includes cartilaginous callus formation. This pattern does not usually happen in the natural process of fracture healing. Bone remodeling initially occurs under the stable condition of fracture with rigid fixation and no gap formation. The key of this process is Haversian canal remodeling and reestablishment of blood vessels. Secondary healing is typically characterized by three overlapping stages: the initial inflammatory response, callus formation (soft and hard callus), initial bony union and bone remodeling. Most of fracture repair in the clinic follow this process, and callus formation is confirmed with X-ray. The key of this process is the appropriate stability of the fracture site to maintain biological healing response , the only difference between bone healing process in adults and children is that in the process in children takes place faster and easily compared to adults
Thank you , may you have a great week

Dear Students,
Happy Year of the Tiger!
During Chinese New Year, people are doing a lot of celebration activities. The main Chinese New Year activities include 1) putting up decorations, 2) offering sacrifices to ancestors, 3) eating reunion dinner with family on New Year's Eve, 4) giving red envelopes (money to kids) and other gifts, 5) and doing/watching firecrackers and fireworks. The tiger embodies courage and bravery, so the new year could symbolize resilience and strength — even in times of struggle. May the new year bring you new possibilities, new horizons, new success and new joys.
