One of the most difficult experiences I had was when my parents separated and we started living with a single parent. It was hard because we could not get some of the basic needs, since my mother's income was not enough to fulfill all our needs. What I learned from this is that we should be strong and work hard in any situation, because nothing lasts forever and we should trust in God.
I felt very proud of myself when I passed my exams and got selected to join Haydom Institute of Health and Sciences. The most memorable and happiest moment for me was when I was chosen for the TSFTZ program, because it helped me a lot in learning and also gave me financial support. It also relieved my mother from some of the burden of taking care of my siblings and me.
My dream for life is to be a surgeon. I will reach my dream by studying hard and also by listening to the seniors who have different life experiences. After I reach my goals, I will help my family to get the basic needs and also help my younger brothers and sisters to get education and achieve their dreams.

10 lessons from "The Book of Mistakes: 9 Secrets to Creating a Successful Future" by Skip Prichard:

1. Embrace Failure as Feedback: Mistakes are inevitable on the path to success. Embrace failure as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. Use setbacks as valuable feedback to refine your approach and move forward with greater resilience.

2. Clarify Your Goals: Define your vision for the future with clarity and precision. Set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that align with your values and aspirations.

3. Take Action Consistently: Success is the result of consistent action taken over time. Break your goals down into actionable steps and commit to making progress every day, even if it's just a small step forward.

4. Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Adopt a growth mindset that embraces challenges, sees failures as opportunities for growth, and believes in the power of effort and persistence to achieve success.

5. Focus on Adding Value: Success comes from adding value to others and making a positive impact in the world. Focus on serving others, solving problems, and meeting needs to create meaningful and lasting success.

6. Build Resilience: Develop resilience to bounce back from setbacks and overcome obstacles. Cultivate a mindset of perseverance, optimism, and adaptability to navigate challenges and setbacks with grace and determination.

7. Seek Feedback and Mentorship: Surround yourself with mentors, advisors, and peers who can offer valuable feedback, guidance, and support. Be open to constructive criticism and use it to fuel your personal and professional growth.

8. Embrace Change and Innovation: Embrace change as a constant and inevitable part of life. Stay curious, adaptable, and open to new ideas, technologies, and opportunities for innovation and improvement.

9. Take Responsibility for Your Future: Take ownership of your life and future by accepting responsibility for your choices, actions, and outcomes. Empower yourself to create the life you desire by taking proactive steps toward your goals.

10. Celebrate Your Successes: Celebrate your achievements and milestones along the way. Acknowledge your progress, recognize your strengths and accomplishments, and use them as fuel to propel you forward toward even greater success.

These lessons from "The Book of Mistakes" offer valuable insights and strategies for creating a successful future by embracing failure, clarifying goals, taking consistent action, cultivating resilience, and taking ownership of your destiny.

10 Lessons from The 80/20 Principle: The Secret to Success by Achieving More with Less

1. Identify the critical 20% of activities or efforts that yield 80% of the desired outcomes, and prioritize them over less important tasks.

2. Work smarter, not harder. Focus on maximizing efficiency in the tasks that deliver the most significant results rather than trying to do everything.

3. Streamline processes and eliminate unnecessary complexity to increase effectiveness and productivity.

4. Develop a strategic mindset by focusing on high-leverage activities that align with long-term goals and objectives.

5. Recognize that not all decisions have equal importance. Focus your time and energy on decisions that have the most significant impact on your goals and outcomes.
