Arafa Hasani
My name is Arafa Hasani, I come from a background that has had both struggles and triumphs. Growing up, I faced financial hardship, which required me to work hard from an early age to help support my family. Despite these challenges, I was able to excel academically and develop a strong sense of determination and resilience. The most difficult experience I faced was losing 3 months without going to school while in primary due to my father’s illness which made my mother use a lot of money for his treatment and made me fail to go to school. A moment of pride came when I received an award for my academic achievements from the TSFTZ team, which validated my hard work and dedication. The happiest moment in my life is being among members of TSF family. My dream is to become a laboratory scientist so that I can help others and make a difference in our community. I plan to achieve this by working hard in school and pursuing higher education. After reaching my dream, I hope to give back to my family, community, and WEF by volunteering and donating to help others achieve their goals. If I had the power to change my country, I would work to improve access to education and healthcare, as I believe these are crucial for a better future.

Dear fellow university students,

I hope this journal entry finds you all in high spirits as we embark on a new semester filled with endless possibilities. As the summer break draws to a close, it's time to dust off our textbooks, sharpen our pencils, and gear up for another exciting academic journey.

Personally, I find myself experiencing a mix of emotions as I step into this new chapter. There's a sense of excitement in the air, as I am eager to delve into the courses that lie ahead. The prospect of exploring new subjects, meeting new professors, and engaging in intellectual discussions with classmates fills me with anticipation.

However, I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge the slight tinge of nervousness that accompanies this fresh start. Will I be able to handle the workload? Can I strike a balance between academics and other aspects of my life? These questions linger in my mind, but I take solace in knowing that we are all in this together.

Speaking of which, I believe it's important for us to support and uplift one another throughout this journey. As we navigate the challenges and triumphs that lie ahead, let's remember to be there for each other. Whether it's lending a helping hand during group projects, sharing study resources, or simply offering words of encouragement, we have the power to create a supportive and inclusive community.

In addition to the academic aspect, let's not forget the vibrant campus life that awaits us. From clubs and organizations to cultural events and sports activities, there are numerous opportunities to engage and make the most of our university experience. I encourage all of us to step out of our comfort zones, embrace new experiences, and forge meaningful connections with our peers.

As we commence this new semester, I have set personal goals for myself. I strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance, nurture my intellectual curiosity, and challenge myself academically. I also aim to make time for self-care, engage in activities that bring me joy, and prioritize my mental and emotional well-being. I believe that by setting realistic goals and being disciplined, we can make the most of this semester and achieve personal growth.

In conclusion, my fellow university students, let us embark on this new semester with enthusiasm and determination. Let's support and uplift one another, embrace the opportunities that come our way, and make the most of our time on campus. Together, we can create a thriving community of learners and make this semester a memorable one.

Wishing you all a successful and fulfilling semester ahead!

Sincerely,
Arafa hassan
Dear fellow students,

As we navigate through our academic journeys, it's important to remember that challenges and obstacles are a natural part of the process. It's easy to get caught up in the stress and pressure of grades, deadlines, and expectations, but it's essential to take a step back and reflect on how far we've come.

Remember that you are capable of achieving great things. Every time you overcome a difficulty, whether it be a tough exam or a personal struggle, you are growing and learning. These experiences help shape us into the individuals we are today, and they prepare us for the challenges that lie ahead.

It's also important to find joy and fulfillment in the journey itself. Take time to appreciate the little victories and celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem. Surround yourself with positive influences and a supportive community, and don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it.

Above all, never lose sight of your passions and dreams. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and never give up on what you truly want. With hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude, anything is possible.

Keep pushing forward, stay motivated, and never forget that you have the power to make a difference in the world.

Sincerely,

Arafa hasan
