I am 15 years old and I come from a family of two people. To me, the most difficult thing I had overcome is that I have missed a father's love. This is very difficult for me because I wish it to have a father in my life. I have my mother’s love. This has taught me that women are strong and able to change the world. My mother didn't lose hope. Instead she raised me up and I'm going to be a strong woman. The happiest part of my life is that I am still going on with my education. I am determined to become a doctor. The way to get there is by working hard. When I am a doctor, I will help my family economically, and the community at large, and also TSFTZ and World Education Fund.

Hello students,
Hope you are continuing well with your studies, my side am very fine and am doing well in my studies.I just want to tell you concerning your education. But one of the thing before is to put GOD first in every actions you take in your life especially in your studies. Also you shouldn't think like studying is the big task in your life. You should have dream as well as goals in your studying so you are aware of what is happening in you life and be sure to accomplish it. The goals can be achieved by working very hard and that is how successfully people do.“Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.” by...Malcolm X .
Finally i wish all the best to all finalist in their preparation for final exams.

Dear school fund students

Guess what, I got my COVID vaccine shot already. I need to have one more shot on Wednesday. Then around early March I should have generated antibody to protect myself. I can almost see the light out of the tunnel. That is a great news.

Of course I still worry about the pandemic around the world. Prior to this pandemic, we humans have false conception that we can control our own destiny. Now we know this little virus can raise havoc in the world. We should be humbled by nature.

From reading your journals, I know you are all working hard, enjoying the learning. Some of you encounter some hardships. Life is full of surprises. I know many of you are religious. At time of hardship, religion provides great comfort.

Not much going on here. I am waiting for spring to bring flowers in the garden. Right now I am just busy cleaning the leaves from last winter.

Again, please do not forget to take a break to enjoy friends and families.

Until next time,
Indy
Hello Young Ladies!

It is still in the Winter months were I live, in North America and it was nearing freezing when I woke up. Freezing is 32 degrees Fahrenheit but in your more logical Celsius its ) zero.

The is an old joke about Americans and the metric system, we don't use, it because we cant understand it.

I hope you are using your logic, and language and mathematics to good purpose this week at school :)

Until next time, be well and stay kind!

Hello students.
Hope all you are doing well, just i wanted to encourage you to study very very hard in order to achieve your goals. Iet me give you one quote that was stated by Nelson mandela the first president of south africa "education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world"
He was proceeding by saying education is the first step for people to gain knowledge, critical thinking, empowerment and sklls they need to make this world a better place. Therefore my dear young sisters and brothers do'nt loose your chance of studying and being a member of WORLD EDUCATION FUND. Finally if you have any challenge about studies you can share with me.
Be blessed all.

hello,
Hope you are doing great and you are still enjoying the new year (2021).I re-brighten that
your holiday was exactest with full of joy and happiness.
I wanna share some few necessary things to consider under new academic year of study.
First you must PLAN your study time table which will guide you every day and every time .It is important because under time table you will be able to have some readings of your self, or in discussion also you will be able to practice all assignments which are given by teachers. And time table must be followed in formality.
Second, during class hours you must be ATTENTIVE and LISTENING carefully to what is taught by teachers also participation in class hours it has more advantage because it increase your learning capacities .
And lastly but not least be INSPIRATION OF YOURSELF appreciate what your doing , and for any mistake in studies let it be as a challenge and it as opportunity for your success and promise yourself to do better
I wish you all the best in your studies and don't forget GOD in anything.

Dear school fund students

Happy New Year! 2021 has to be better than 2020, don’t you agree.

I have to say that 2020 was not all bad. It provides us an opportunity to test our patience, our resilience and our kindness. Locked down at home was inconvenient to our life. Wearing a mask was not conformable, especially in summer. Not being able to be with family, friends can be painful. But in order to help control the pandemic, we have to do it, for our own good and also for our community. Most of us are doing it, but unfortunately some don’t. But such is life. Eventually the pandemic will be under control when enough people have been vaccinated.

I know you are all working very hard at school. Hopefully you are not too stressed out. Remember to take a break every now and then, listen to music, play some sports, and laugh with your friends. Ok?

Hopefully is will have been vaccinated when I write to you next time.

Please Take care!

Indy
Hello dears,
Hope you fine and happy with this new year, honestly have missed you and thanks
for sharing what you share, you really have something amazing within you. Hope you had a wonderful moments during holiday, Christmas and new day of year 2021 and you have shifted to new class level and you must be happy to move to another level.
The most important thing is that don't live like how you lived 2020 there must be changes but the positive ones, think of how are you going to be the best in everything you do, don't just wish take actions, just make the best out of you. You want to be someone later then find ways and most important materials to help you become that person but such things won't make who you want to be, you have to make yourself be that person since you have the power within you. Be disciplined.
Be the best you want to be.
Loveness.
Hi Students,
Hope you are all doing well. In the U.S., the students have just returned from one week Thanksgiving holiday. In California, the Corona Virus has become worse, so the government has limit the stores to be 25% capacity again. Most schools offer distance learning through Zoom or any other online platform. Most time, people need to line up outside before they are allowed to enter the stores. People can only get take out food from restaurants or eat at some outdoor dining places. When we go out, we are required to wear a face mask and stay 6 feet away from other people. We are glad that you are healthy and safe and that the Corona Virus is not as bad in Africa. We hope you do well in school and be healthy and happy!

Hello Young Ladies at Iringa School!

I wanted to write before class ends in December to wish you all success in your end of term examinations.

Here in the United States we're celebrating the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday. I'll be cooking for 4 people my son, my daughter in law, and my granddaughter.

The U.S.A. has suggested small or tiny gatherings with just the closest members of our family this Holiday, because of Covid 19 this year. We're happy to do it, because this is what it will take to get this illness under control.

I'm looking forward to better days and a better 2021.

Be well, Be happy and Be Excellent!
Karen in California
Hello dears,
Am glad to write again, congrats to all form fours who start their exams today may God lead you
and make you strong, I believe you'll make it this family is proud of you and wants the best for you.
Everything is in your hands, am praying for you and all let us pray for our fellows.
Loveness.
Dear All,
I hope you are staying safe and healthy! Here in California, the Corona Virus cases have surged and the Covit color code has changed from orange to purple. Purple, or Tier 1, indicates that the virus is widespread in the county — with more than seven cases per 100,000 residents or more than 8% of tests results reported positive over seven days. Red (Tier 2) indicates “substantial” spread of the virus, while orange (Tier 3) indicates “moderate” spread and yellow (Tier 4) indicates “minimal” spread of the virus in the county. Most children are doing 100% distance learning at home. They attend each class on line through zoom on their computers. It is very difficult for children to be sheltered at home and not to have any social interactions with other kids. We hope and pray that the Corona Virus can get controlled and the vaccine can come soon so that everyone can resume life back to normal. I hope that you all stay safe and healthy. Enjoy your school as most kids in California can’t even go to school. God bless you all!

Dear student,

Time flies, This year went by so quickly. It is almost the end of the semester or the school year for you. Most of you are either about to take your National exam or the end of year exam. I wish you all will do your best and perform well. "Education is the passport of the future". Only you can control your destiny. Good luck no matter what you do. Pray to God to guide you along your way.

There were so many things that happened this year. There were presidential elections in both Tanzania and the US. In your country, the election went well. In the US, we still have issues with our election results, and we hope these will be resolved soon. COVID-19 has been really bad in the US. We have more than 1M people affected and many have died. It looks like the vaccines will be available soon, but it will take time to make enough for everybody. We are all looking forward to the year 2021. We wish for a better year ahead of us.

On a happier note, it is the holiday season now. Next week is Thanksgiving in the US. We thank God that everything good that has happened to us this year. Remember always to be thankful and appreciative. Then by the end of December it is Christmas and people exchange gifts. Children are very happy to get the gift that they wish to have. Then the New Year comes along soon after.

I wish that you learn more and be smarter than the year before. I wish you happiness, health, and that your wishes and dreams will come true.

Here autumn is just passing through and winter is coming around the corner. The weather is getting colder and colder every day. I would like to show some of our fall photos. Hope you like it.
Dear students,
I heard some of you have already done the national exams and some of you are about to take the exams. I just wanted to wish you the best in doing the exams. I know that you have worked really hard for the exams, and I do hope to hear the good news from you regarding your exam results. May God bless you!
