The most difficulty I have experienced in my life is from the poor economic status of our family. I learnt from it that we should tolerate all that faces us. We need to struggle to win against all the challenges.
During my break I engaged in some activities like garden work to help my parents. My dream is to be doctor and I will be able to reach there through studying hard. I believe that I will have to work hard in some practical activities in order to have skills and enough knowledge. I felt especially proud of myself when I was chosen by WEF. I was very happy because I knew that I will be able to study well since my school needs were covered.
The happiest moment in my life was when I was selected to join ordinary secondary education. I was proud of it because there are a lot of the students who missed the chance of going there. Four years from now I will be at A-level proceeding with my high education.

Atomic Habits" is a book written by James Clear. It explores the concept of small, incremental changes, or "atomic habits," and how they can lead to significant improvements in one's life over time. Here are some key points from the book:

Habit Loop: Clear discusses the habit loop, which consists of cue, craving, response, and reward. Understanding this loop can help individuals identify and modify their habits effectively.

Tiny Changes, Remarkable Results: The book emphasizes the power of making small, consistent changes to one's habits. These tiny adjustments, when compounded over time, can lead to remarkable results.

Habit Stacking: Clear introduces the concept of habit stacking, where new habits are built upon existing ones. This method helps integrate new behaviors into daily routines more seamlessly.

Identity-based Habits: He suggests that focusing on changing one's identity and beliefs can be more effective than solely focusing on behavior change. By adopting the identity of the person you want to become, habits become more ingrained.

Environment Design: Clear highlights the importance of designing environments conducive to desired habits and removing obstacles that hinder progress.

Continuous Improvement: The book emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement rather than striving for perfection. Making mistakes is part of the process, and learning from them is crucial for long-term success.

Overall, "Atomic Habits" provides practical strategies and insights for building habits that can lead to lasting personal and professional growth.
