Hello Fam ๐Ÿ˜Š,โ€™

A better way to improve in a new and fresh year is no other but let the mind break its comfort zone and let it explore more to even find a better way to elevate that level of thinking and brainstorming. Dr Grace Lordan suggest โ€˜โ€™Take small steps and build the future that you wantโ€™โ€™ and here are 10 lessons from her beautiful work โ€˜โ€™THINK BIGโ€™โ€™.

10 lessons from
" THINK BIG "๐Ÿ“š
-
1. Don't be afraid to dream big. The first step to achieving anything is to believe that it's possible. So don't be afraid to dream big, even if your dreams seem impossible.

2. Set goals and make a plan. Once you know what you want, it's time to create a plan for how you're going to achieve it. Break your goals down into smaller, more manageable steps, and then make a schedule for when you're going to complete each step.

3. Take action. The most important thing is to take action. Don't just sit around and dream about what you want to achieve. Take steps every day to move closer to your goals.

4. Don't give up. There will be times when you want to give up. But if you keep going, you will eventually achieve your goals.

5. Be patient. It takes time to achieve anything worthwhile. So be patient and don't expect to see results overnight.

6. Surround yourself with positive people. The people you spend time with have a big impact on your success. So surround yourself with positive people who will support you and help you achieve your goals.

7. Believe in yourself. The most important thing is to believe in yourself. If you believe that you can achieve your goals, then you're halfway there.

8. Never stop learning. The world is constantly changing, so it's important to keep learning new things. The more you learn, the better equipped you'll be to achieve your goals.

9. Don't be afraid to fail. Everyone fails at some point. But don't let failure discourage you. Learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward.

10. Enjoy the journey. Don't just focus on the end goal. Enjoy the journey of achieving your goals. It's a journey that will teach you a lot about yourself and help you grow as a person.

I hope these lessons help you on your journey to achieving your dream and having a better experience running towards your dreams and goals.

Remember.
โ€œThe man who walks because he loves walking will walk further than the man who loves the destination.โ€

But the man who walks to save his loved ones wonโ€™t stop no matter how much he hates walking.

Use whatever it takes to to get to wherever you wanna go.โ€™โ€™

Be blessed ๐Ÿ˜Š
Hi WEF
I hope all of you are doing well and everythings is fine. Now I will share to You shortly about a medeical plant namely Alovera.
Aloe vera is a succulent plant species of the genus Aloe.] It is widely distributed, and is considered an invasive species in many world regions.
The leaves of Aloe vera contain significant amounts of the polysaccharide gel acemannan which can be used for a wide range of medical purposes.] The skin contains aloin which is toxic. Products made from Aloe vera usually only use the gel.

There are many products containing Aloe vera's acemannan, including skin lotions, cosmetics, ointments and gels for minor burns and skin abrasions.

Oral ingestion of Aloe vera extracts can be dangerous, because it causes reactions which are not fully understood yet. It is especially dangerous for pregnant women; some people have allergic reactions, even when only applied to the skin.
The uses of alovera..Two substances from Aloe vera โ€“ a clear gel and its yellow latex โ€“ are used to manufacture commercial products. Aloe gel typically is used to make topical medications for skin conditions, such as burns, wounds, frostbite, rashes, psoriasis, cold sores, or dry skin.Aloe latex is used individually or manufactured as a product with other ingredients to be ingested for relief of constipation. Aloe latex may be obtained in a dried form called resin or as "aloe dried juice"
Aloe vera is used on facial tissues where it is promoted as a moisturizer and anti-irritant to reduce chafing of the nose. Cosmetic companies commonly add sap or other derivatives from Aloe vera to products such as makeup, tissues, moisturizers, soaps, sunscreens, incense, shaving cream, or shampoos. A review of academic literature notes that its inclusion in many hygiene products is due to its "moisturizing emollient effect"
