My most difficult experience was when I was sent home for a whole term due to lack of school fees. The lesson I learnt was that we should not drop out of school no matter what happens. A moment I felt proud of myself is when I achieved good marks in my national examination. The happiest moment was when we went to a church rally and won. My dream is to be an accountant. I will get there by working hard in school. I will help my family to go into better housing and a stable business. I will help the community by funding an organization to help the needy children, and WEF. I will give out scholarships to needy children. If I had power to change my country, I would make education compulsory for all children.

I got the scholarship from World Education Fund (WEF) through U-Tena.it has helped me a lot since I was able to pay the fees for this year and the balance I had last year. I am grateful since I don’t have to waste my time for being sent home for school fees. This has enable me to study in a quality environment and now I am performing well in my education so as to achieve my dreams.
Since when the government stopped everything including education due to the corona virus crisis.at home life has been tough .it has made students to lose a lot if time since we are at home. But as I am at home I study a lot by the help of my guardian who ensures that my work is checked before evenong.my brother who is in form four helps me in revising and also we study together.
Apart from education I have been taking measures that can help me prevent the spread of corona virus.my parents have been working too hardtop ensure that we have the equipment that can help us prevent the spread of this disease. They have ensured that we have sanitizers, soap and enough water. I would like to encourage another boy like me that it’ss
his duty to prevent this disease by staying at home and if it is a must for him to go out he must wear a mask.so please be safe and stay at home.

Dear student,
Welcome back to school. I just want to say hello to you. Remember we are thinking about you. I hope this new year you set a new goal, you would like to achieve.
Meanwhile, remember to read as much as you can. Most of the knowledge you learn is from reading.  Write a couple of sentences a day.  It is nice at the end of the day to think about what you have accomplished.  It is a very good skill you should have. If you have good writing skills, it will benefit you all your life.
My friend wrote an entry to a student journal.  I thought it is so great, I would like to share it with you.  I hope we could work on these three things to make each of us a better person.
1. Respect other people's opinions even they are different from your own.
2. Experience the joy of learning
3. Touch someone's soul with your kindness.
