Conditions in life are not well at home; sometimes living becomes very difficult as we five children and our parents stay together in our small room. I hope to work hard as I did in primary where I score 331 out of 500 in the national examination.
There is much struggle with life at home. Lack of school fees and light to use for my study affect me all the time. I hope one day conditions will change. I dream of becoming a journalist. I am working really hard towards that goal. As a journalist I will highlight the problems facing the community and look for justice in our country.

Hello fellow students
I hope this finds you, I am excited to share with you that I have been home for holidays and I enjoyed every bit of it. I enjoyed the company of my parents, siblings and my friends. For example, helping out house chores, going out to fetch water and firewood with my friends and playing indoor and outdoor games with my siblings. We are also in the season of famine, getting a meal has been hard because of the financial status of my family but we thank God we are all healthy despite the challenges.
Due to my exemplary performance, my classmates suggested for a group discussion thrice a week and we majored on sciences and mathematics. We utilized Kenya National examination past papers and I can say that it has been the most productive holiday ever.
I was happy to see my classmates develop positive attitude towards these subjects. The topics we mastered in biology are nutrition, the pumping mechanism of the heart and writing effective essays in biology.
Nutrition is the process of taking in food and converting it into energy by all livings things. It is crucial for survival since the living things are able to carry out all their functions. Also, the two phases of pumping mechanism of the heart are systole and diastole. In mathematics we handled challenged topics such as statistics and probability, and vectors.
I am now looking forward to pass my final exams with final colors. I have high hopes that I am going to be the best in the country.

Hallo
I hope you are fine we share of the following Respiratory System

Hairs in your nose help filter out large particles. Tiny hairs, called cilia, along your air passages move in a sweeping motion to keep the passages clean. But if you breathe in harmful things like cigarette smoke, the cilia can stop working. This can lead to health problems like bronchitis.
Cells in your trachea and bronchial tubes make mucus that keeps air passages moist and helps keep things like dust, bacteria and viruses, and allergy-causing things out of your lungs.
Mucus can bring up things that reach deeper into your lungs. You then cough out or swallow them.

Respiratory System Diseases

Common diseases of the respiratory system include:
Asthma. Your airways narrow and make too much mucus.
Bronchiectasis. Inflammation and infection make your bronchial walls thicker.
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This long-term condition gets worse over time. It includes bronchitis and emphysema.
Pneumonia. An infection causes inflammation in your alveoli. They might fill up with fluid or pus.
Tuberculosis. A bacterium causes this dangerous infection. It usually affects your lungs but might also involve your kidney, spine, or brain.
Lung cancer. Cells in your lung change and grow into a tumor. This often happens because of smoking or other chemicals you’ve breathed in.
Cystic fibrosis. This disease is caused by a problem in your genes and gets worse over time. It causes lung infections that don’t go away.
Pleural effusion. Too much fluid builds up between the tissues that line your lungs and chest.
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Your lung tissue becomes scarred and can’t work the way it should.
Sarcoidosis. Tiny clumps of inflammatory cells called granulomas form, often in your lungs and lymph nodes..
Thanks alot i wish you success
Hallo everyone
On my side I feel very bad because of how life is now the corona virus has caused a lot of of suffering to us in our family and especially in my life.
I was used of school life and i was comfortable with it but now things have real changed. I can not even get money to buy the sanitary towel now iam forced to remain at home as I am ashamed of being laughed in the community. No money to buy the pads as any little money we get is directed on getting food. We were used of getting pads from the school but schools closed down...! Really life is hard as you can imagine.
I wish they say we go to schools even now i will be happy as the king in his palace.
