My difficult experience was when we had to move frequently from one house to another when our rent was due in that month and we had none to pay the landlord. The worst thing in a family is the lack of a family house.
During standard seven I was the first in the examination results out of 500 hundred pupils. Also, the memorable and happy thing is me reaching university and being part of TSFTZ program, this thing gave me energy to move on no matter
After reaching my dream, first of all I will help my siblings and support them in any way in their education life and help in WEF programs with my computer skills like making documentary videos, creation of supportive websites or application to help students here in Tanzania interact with TSF USA members.

Dear WEF,

Reflecting on the challenges at Ice FM TZ, I decided to introduce some of the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) that I’ve been studying. The frequent miscommunication here often leads to frustration and misunderstandings, which can affect team morale and the quality of our work.

I’ve started applying NVC by focusing on how we communicate our needs and feelings in the office. For example, instead of expressing frustration when a design brief is unclear, I’ve been trying to express how the ambiguity affects my ability to deliver the best work. I then follow this by requesting more detailed feedback or examples. This approach has been met with some positive responses, and I feel that it’s helping to create in a good and under a vision captured clearly
