I am Cornelius Paul, at the moment I'm a university student pursuing BSc in METALLURGY AND MINERAL PROCESSING ENGINEERING at University of Dar Es Salaam. The journey so far hasn't been easy, earlier in life I dreamed of becoming a pilot and with all the excitement and my parents' support it seemed more realistic than idealistic. Unfortunately, it didn't last long as my father got sick (stroke) and the Family financially during that time shook, it was the most difficult time with all transition and adaptation of the new life which was hard at first as I was the eldest but I managed as time went by l, it was that moment I realized not every L is a Lose, can be Lesson, Lucky and so on. I learned to become calm and strong whatever the circumstances, that's what got me where I am now with the big happy family TSF with our beloved ma'am Judy and Mr. Amos.
In this human life, everyone deserves a good and happy life therefore giving back to the community by any means, especially to those in need, is what I would like to do the most, and I will. I believe saving one can save many, saving everyone liberate the community then country then continent.

hello family
Today I want to share with you about the history of computer development.
Here’s a quick sweep through the major milestones in computer history:

- *Pre‑digital (‑1800s)* – Mechanical calculators like the abacus and Pascal’s adding machine showed that computation could be automated. Charles Babbage’s “Analytical Engine” (1837) is considered the first design for a programmable computer, though it was never built.

- *Early electronic computers (1940‑1950s)* – ENIAC (1945) and Colombe (1943) used vacuum tubes to perform calculations thousands of times faster than mechanical devices. The von Neumann architecture (mid‑1940s) introduced the stored‑program concept, where both data and instructions live in the same memory.

- *Transistors & mainframes (late 1950s‑1960s)* – Replacing bulky tubes with transistors made computers smaller, faster, and more reliable. IBM’s 7000 series and later the System/360 brought mainframe computing to businesses and governments.

- *Integrated circuits & minicomputers (1960s‑1970s)* – Chips that packed many transistors onto a single silicon wafer enabled the rise of minicomputers like the DEC PDP‑11, which were affordable enough for universities and research labs.

- *Microprocessors & personal computers (1970s‑1980s)* – Intel’s 4004 (1971) was the first commercial microprocessor. This led to kits such as the Altair 8800 and fully assembled machines like the Apple II, Commodore 64, and IBM PC, putting computing into homes and small offices.

- *Graphical user interfaces & networking (1980s‑1990s)* – Xerox PARC’s GUI, popularized by the Macintosh and later Windows, made computers intuitive. Meanwhile, ARPANET evolved into the Internet, turning isolated machines into a global network.

- *Mobile & cloud era (2000s‑present)* – Smartphones and tablets brought powerful processors into pockets. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) shifted much of the heavy lifting to massive data centers, while open‑source software and AI accelerators (GPUs, TPUs) are reshaping what computers can do.
Hello Family

It's February of such exciting year, with motivation and different new experiences from different angles of the world.

Us all, being able to breathe on earth mark our significance on Earth (It's like a geological statement appreciating human life)

It's interesting how life is & matters, and how it does us in terms of challenges making us realize our potentials.

On this day, I had like to share with you A of life in relation to countering challenges and making out something great out of yourself. It's one, I've come up with.

AWARENESS, this simply is the state of knowing and understanding things, events, circumstances in deep. You can term yourself aware under such category, philosophers and psychologists term it as state of consciousness. Being aware plays important role in our life in many aspects, decisions, plans, engagement and so on. Almost every aspect of life require awareness, and when I speak of awareness ( target is the work of mind with response to things you re conscious about/have knowledge of). Knowing this, I thought it should be prior and critical that every step you make, every progress, this A of life should be guidance.
Sound common and simple, but randomly start judging your decisions with your awareness and you may find slips or strong ethics you happened to select for yourself in this earthly life.

Next, will be B of life.

Many thanks and 👋👏👏
