When I entered Form One, my family was struggling financially, which made it difficult for me to afford the necessary school supplies for my studies. As a result, I did poorly in my mid-term exams. However, everything changed when I was given the opportunity to join the School Fund Tanzania. This opportunity transformed my educational journey, as I now had access to all the resources I needed, and my performance improved significantly. By the time I graduated in 2021, I was ranked as the number one student among all government school students in my district.
Through the obstacles I faced, I learned the importance of working with attainable goals in order to succeed in life. I believe that God doesn't always give us what we want, but rather what we truly deserve.
One of the most memorable moments of my academic journey came when the district officer presented me with a gift after I was recognized as the top student in the Form Four national examinations in the entire Karatu district. This recognition motivated me to continue studying hard, and I was further encouraged when I learned that the School Fund Tanzania would continue to support me during my advanced level studies. The support I received has helped me overcome many challenges and has been crucial to my educational success.
After completing my Ordinary Level studies in 2021, I took a short course in computer and business studies in Arusha. When I returned home to Karatu, I helped my father with small financial activities and also learned how to repair electronic devices, such as mobile phones and watches. This experience was valuable, and it helped me become more resourceful. I continued to build on this knowledge as I moved on to advanced level studies and later pursued university education. Even now, I use these skills in my daily life and have become proficient at repairing damaged electronics, including mobile phones and radios.
In addition to my academic and practical skills, I also had the opportunity to take on leadership roles. In Form Two, I was appointed as the discipline prefect at Welwel Secondary School. This position came with many challenges, and I sometimes lost friends and made enemies due to the strictness of my leadership style. However, I remained committed to my responsibilities, which ultimately contributed to improved student performance in 2019. I motivated my fellow students to work harder and avoid unnecessary mistakes, which sometimes led to disciplinary actions. Despite the difficulties, I succeeded in improving both the behavior and academic performance of my school.

Hello WEF,
I hope you are fine. I am also fine.

Today I want to share with you about ways to attempt examination in secondary education.
To successfully attempt a national A-Level examination in Tanzania, students should begin by thoroughly understanding the examination format and syllabus outlined by NECTA, ensuring all topics are covered during revision. Effective time management is crucial—create a realistic study timetable that allocates adequate time for each subject, focusing more on weaker areas. Practice using past papers and marking schemes to familiarize yourself with question patterns and improve answering techniques. During the exam, read instructions carefully, plan essay responses before writing, manage time wisely to attempt all questions, and review answers if time permits. Lastly, maintain a healthy lifestyle with adequate rest, nutrition, and stress management to ensure peak performance during examination days.
Today I am end up here.
Thank you 🙏🙏🙏.
