Hawa Olomi
I have three brothers and three sisters. I live with my mother and one of my brothers. The most difficult experience I have faced was losing my dad. After his passing, it became hard to continue with my studies due to our family’s low income. However, one of the most memorable and life-changing moments was when I joined TSF and became part of their family.
If given the chance to make a difference in the world, I would dedicate myself to helping people in need, regardless of their race or background. This dream inspires me to work hard and strive for a better future.

Hello all members of World education fund
To day I would like to share with you about WAYS OF CREATING GOOD RELATIONSHIP.

Building and maintaining good relationships with people is essential for happiness, personal growth, and success in life. Here are some key principles to help you foster healthy and meaningful connections with others:

1. Be a Good Listener
- Pay full attention when someone is speaking—avoid interrupting or thinking about your response while they talk.
- Show empathy by acknowledging their feelings ("That sounds tough" or "I’m happy for you").
- Ask follow-up questions to show genuine interest.

2. Show Respect and Kindness
- Treat people with courtesy, regardless of their background or status.
- Be mindful of their feelings, opinions, and boundaries.
- Small acts of kindness (a smile, a thank-you, or offering help) go a long way.

3. Be Trustworthy
- Keep your promises and be reliable. If you commit to something, follow through.
- Avoid gossip and keep confidential information private.
- Be honest but tactful—people appreciate sincerity.

4. Communicate Clearly and Positively.
- Express yourself openly but respectfully. Use "I" statements (e.g., "I feel…" instead of "You always…").
- Avoid aggressive or passive-aggressive tones—aim for calm, constructive conversations.
- Give sincere compliments and encouragement.

5.Be Supportive
- Celebrate others' successes without envy.
- Offer help when they’re struggling—just being present can mean a lot.
- Encourage their goals and dreams.

6. Resolve Conflicts Maturely.
- Address disagreements calmly rather than avoiding or escalating them.
- Focus on the issue, not personal attacks.
- Be willing to apologize when you’re wrong and forgive when others make mistakes.

7. Spend Quality Time Together.
- Build connections through shared experiences (meals, activities, or deep conversations).
- Be present—put away distractions like phones when interacting.

8. Respect Differences.
- Everyone has unique perspectives, values, and habits. Learn to appreciate diversity.
- Avoid forcing your opinions on others—agree to disagree when needed.

9. Set Healthy Boundaries.
- Know your limits and communicate them politely.
- Respect others' boundaries as well—don’t overstep or take advantage.

10. Be Yourself.
- Authenticity attracts genuine relationships. Pretending to be someone else is exhausting and unsustainable.
- Surround yourself with people who appreciate the real you
Hello everyone.
Hopefully everyone is fine. I have no much to say but remind my young brothers and sisters to study hard especially form two's and form fours who will have to sit for their national examinations soon, passing exams doesn't need lucky only, it needs effort, patience and desire of scoring higher. So guys we need to work hard so that we make those who support us happy and make them feel they have lost nothing
