My early life was not smooth due to low income in the family that could not cater for our needs as family. The most difficult moment I had in life was when father felt sick immediately after I joined high-school. Before that year ended, the World Education Fund through U-Tena organization granted me scholarship that sustained my education costs and I'll live to appreciate your support as a whole. From this, I learnt that never give up and always be hopeful despite the situation.
The moment I was proud of myself was when I managed to score a university grade in KCSE.
The happiest thing in my life is joining the University. I strongly believe from this institution that I will transform society as a whole. High school life seemed not to be good until I received financial support towards education fees.
In my life, I believe in change. Having been raised in the slums, I dream daily of easing educational access to those children. Career wise, I’m dreaming of becoming a food scientist and technologist. I'm doing my best in university.
Concerning helping society, my family is within the community, so helping community is helping my family. A major problem for my community is education access and that's what I'll fight for. To World Education Fund, I promise to join you with however much or little I'll have to foster education and mental health awareness.
If I had power I would fight for free education and unemployment so as to incentive education.

Last semester was challenging but rewarding. I pushed myself in every class, balancing a heavy course load with projects and extracurricular commitments. There were moments of strain, especially during the strike, but the hard work paid off with solid grades and personal growth. I learned better time management, stayed consistent in my studies, and became more confident in my skills.

I am deeply grateful for the scholarship award I received. It eased financial pressure, allowed me to focus on my education, and motivated me to keep striving for excellence. Thank you for investing in my future—it means more than I can put into words.
Now my life and my parents has been so smooth because of the support of world education fund. My parents have easy time of paying school fees. Before I joined this group, my parents were struggling to pay for my school fees. My education now it doesn’t have any struggle. I have no worries of my school fees. Thank you world education fund for your support.
