My most difficult experiences are living in the ghetto and sometimes sleeping hungry.
I felt especially proud of myself when I scored highly in the examinations. The happiest moment in my life will be when I finish school. My dream is to be a doctor and I must study hard to get there.
When I am a doctor, I will help my parents to move from the ghetto to a new lifestyle. I will ensure that I give good services to the community and WEF. If I could make changes in my country, I would ensure that there was no corruption or tribalism and that the poor have the power to fight for their rights.

Hello Fam 🥰,

Its me again, hopefully your are doing well and are enjoying the lessons i hit you with ☺️, give me a feedback from what you learn and I will be so happy to hear from you ☺️.

So today ii wanna share with you on Boosting self-esteem ☺️.

▫️The first step in overcoming any bad habits is being aware of them. Observe yourself. Instead of engaging in self-condemnation, try to get to know yourself by analyzing the way you behave.

▫️Change your social circle. Take note which people are present in your life and what is the essence of your relationship with them. Perhaps, if you objectively evaluate your environment, you will see that you give people more than you get from them.
⠀⠀
▫️Never forget about your strengths and don't be too hard on yourself. For personal use only, make a list of your inherent strengths and what you do really well.

▫️Keep calm and try to mitigate stress.
Avoid the hustle and bustle. Develop stress resistance.

You will gain self-confidence if you do the tasks you set yourself.

What is the most challenging task from the above mentioned when it comes to boosting self esteem and why do you think it is??!

Have a blessed one fam 🥰
