I live with parents and relatives. My parents are peasant farmers. They cultivate various crops. We all live in Iringa town.
The difficult thing I experienced in life was when my grandmother passed way. I felt very lonely because I loved her very much. A moment I felt proud of myself was when I succeeded in joining secondary education level after performing well in standard seven exams. One of the most memorable and happiest things in my life was when I was chosen to join TSFTZ. I felt proud of myself.
After reaching my dream, I would like to build an orphanage and provide orphans with different basic needs and services. I would like to change and reduce the number of street children in the streets by providing for their basic needs.

Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
Hello wef team
I hope you are doing good.back to me I am doing great.have became really inspired because of the post you have posted to us about the life you experience while you are residing in the university. I am really sad and actually I have got some fear especially when you said that no one guides you that means your only mental situation and your focus can lead to good destination.
I hope that you are going to succeed as long as you understand yousrelf and you have also set your goals to achieve.
I hope that one day I shall reach there and absolutely thank you for that experience that shall surely guide me in my university studies.
