I live with my mother. She works as a peasant farmer. I have one brother and two sisters. My dream is to an optician.
The most difficult experience in my life was when my father died. I felt very sad. I learned that I should study hard in order to help my mother.
I felt proud for myself when I completed and passed my standard seven examinations. The memorable and happiest thing in my life was when I went to my grandmothers for the first time.
I want to be an Economist . I will get there by studying very hard in mathematics subjects. After reaching my dream, I am going to build a house for my mother, provide basic needs to people who are in need, and give opinions and ideas to WEF. If I had power to change my country, I would improve school buildings, roads, railways, and hospitals.

Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
Hello WEF...hope every is good.
Next month, I am going to a new school, and I feel so happy and excited! Getting selected to attend this school is a big achievement for me, and I can’t wait to start this new chapter of my life.

I feel proud because I know I worked hard to get here. Moving to a new school means I will meet new friends, learn new things, and have new experiences. I am curious about the classes, teachers, and activities I will be part of.

Even though I might feel a little nervous about the change, I am mostly happy because I know this is a good opportunity for me to grow and improve. I want to make new friends, do my best in studies, and enjoy my time there.

I am thankful to my family and teachers who supported me along the way. I am ready to embrace this new adventure with a happy heart and an open mind.

Next month will be an exciting new beginning, and I am looking forward to it!
