I live with my parents and my relatives. My father is a peasant farmer and my mother is a tailor. I have a dream of becoming a civil engineer.
The most difficult experience in my life was when I fell sick in standard six. I didn’t think that I was going to recover back to my normal health. The memorable and happiest thing in my life when I visited my best friend. We had not met for six years.
I felt proud of myself was when I passed my standard seven national exams and was selected to join secondary school education
I have a dream of being a civil engineer in my future life. I am sure that if I study hard, especially mathematics, physics, and chemistry, I am going to achieve it. After I become an engineer, I will help my society by building an orphanage centre in order to reduce the number of street children in our society. If I had the power to change my country, I would improve social services both in quality and quantity.

Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
Hi Mary.
Hope that you are doing well, and by my side am all good.
I have became really inspired because of the post you have posted to us about the life you experience while you are residing in the university. I am really sad and actually I have got some fear especially when you said that no one guides you that means your only mental situation and your focus can lead to good destination.
I hope that you are going to succeed as long as you understand yousrelf and you have also set your goals to achieve.
I hope that one day I shall reach there and absolutely thank you for that experience that shall surely guide me in my university studies.

Wishing you all the best in your studies. Bye
