Innocent Ludago
I am a student at secondary school and I live with both parents in Iringa town.
My most difficult experience was when I got sick. I did not go to school for almost a week. When I got back, I found my colleagues had done an examination. I had to sit for a special exam. I felt unhappy doing the exam alone, as I always used to do it with my fellows. At the hospital, the doctor told me that, had I gone to see him earlier, my condition wouldn't have been as serious. He assured me I would be okay, though. Since then, I have learned about things in time I go by the saying the earlier, the better.
The moment I felt proud of myself was when I maintained my performance in the recent three consecutive examinations. In all the exams, I got a high mark. I felt so rewarded. I appreciated the value of studying hard. I am determined to continue doing well so that I maintain my grades.
My dream is to be an environmental engineer. I am interested in this career because I want to protect the planet earth by maintaining the environment. I know that to reach my dream, I must study very hard, especially science subjects. When I reach my dream, I will help my family and the community. I will educate people on the importance of planting trees and avoiding dependence on forest resources for fuel.
If I had the power to change the country, I would enact laws which focus on environmental conservation and emphasize the use of solar and wind energy.
