I am the only female child in a family of five children. I live with my parents.
My most difficult experience was when I lived far from my parents. I was taken by my aunt to study in a village school. I found it hard to wake up without seeing my parents. After a year or two, I asked them to take me back to my parents because I missed them. However, my father told me that I had to learn to live without them because life changes. There will come a time when I have to live and depend on myself.
I felt very happy when I passed the examinations and got selected to continue with secondary education. I felt proud of my efforts in studies.
In the future, I want to be a transportation engineer. I want to work in ports. In our country there has been a delay in various goods reaching consumers because of what is said to be cargo overload in our ports, especially Dar es Salaam port. When I reach my dream, I find ways to end this problem. I will take the opportunity to support the WEF programs, for example, by donating for needy students.
If I had power to change the country, I would empower women by increasing their participation in decision-making boards and by enhancing the rights of female children in the country.

Hello fam
Today I would like to talk about ..HOW TO MAKE CHANGES WHEN YOU FAIL..

🌱 1. Accept the Failure Honestly.
Acknowledge it happened—don’t deny or blame others.
Understand that failure is a normal part of progress and learning.
📌 Example: “I didn’t pass my exam—not because I’m not smart, but because I didn’t study effectively.”

🧠 2. Reflect on What Went Wrong
Ask yourself:
What did I do?
What did I not do?
What could I do differently next time?
💡 Tip: Write it down. It helps make the problem clearer.

🔄 3. Learn from it.
Turn the failure into feedback:
Was your method wrong?
Did you need more preparation, time, support, or better habits?

🎯 Example: “I always studied the night before. Next time, I’ll spread out my study over the week.”

📋 4. Make a Practical Change Plan.
Create a specific plan to address what went wrong.
Use this format:
“Instead of [old behavior], I will [new behavior] every [time] in order to [goal].”
📝 Example:
Instead of “cramming,” I will study 1 hour every evening to prepare better for exams.

🧩 5. Start Small and Stay Consistent
Don’t try to fix everything at once. Change one habit at a time.
Small wins build confidence.
Celebrate progress, not perfection.

🧗‍♀️ 6. Stay Motivated and Be Kind to Yourself
Remind yourself why the change matters.
Use affirmations like, “Failure is not who I am. It’s something I can learn from.”
Talk to someone you trust.

🔁 7. Keep Adjusting Until You Get it Right
If your new plan doesn’t work, tweak it.
Improvement is a process of trial and error.
Have a nice day...😊
