In the course of my studies, I have faced challenges like lack of resources like books, being sent home because I had a fee balance and that somehow used to be my motivation. I could not imagine someone going through what I did. The worst of them all was being sent home when I was in form 4 and leave my peers learning. I did not have even adequate fare to get home.
I am always proud of myself most of the time. I was proud when I got an A- in KCSE , when I got 401 marks in KCPE despite all those challenges. My most proud moment was after the KCSE when I got a job and started helping my family.
My happiest and most memorable moment so far I would say was the moment the KSCE results were out and I had passed. I knew a lot of people were counting on me.
My dream in life is to help the poor and those who stood by me during my suffering. I will work hard to finish my studies and get good paying job to achieve my dream. I will always give back to the community. For the WEF, I will offer both physical in terms of mentorship and financial assistance. Corruption has been by far the biggest illness in this great nation and I would like to change that. "REACHING YOUR DREAM IS HARD BUT WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE BESIDE YOU, IT IS ONE STEP AWAY."
