First and foremost, I would like to thank the almighty God for this great chance of being one of the beneficiaries of U-Tena. I am affected by the short academic year despite having a lot to be covered. I am frustrated by the one-week holiday which has brought about a lot of confusion more so among the students. We are starting a new topic but on the next day a holiday. Teachers have been forced to create extra time during morning and evening preps, leaving little time for the students to have personal reading. This has led to dropping. On the other side, my mum has been sick for a while causing me to be stressed. During the holiday I was left home taking care of mum. No matter how hard I tried to concentrate but it was all in vain. The other challenge am facing is a lack of revision materials. To the U-Tena youth organization, I promise to prove myself on the next exam. I also promise to work hard toward achieving my dream.
