Patience Khadolwa
Most of my experience has been tough since my mother is a single parent and at times, we would even miss meals. There are times I used to lack school fees and was forced to stay at home but by God's grace I always ended up going back to school. I learnt that no matter the circumstances God will always make away.
After doing my KCPE examination, the only wish I had was to get four hundred and above marks and go to a national school. I was so happy when the results were released and when I got selected to Pangani girls' school.
The happiest thing in my life is when I got selected to a national school and that to a good one. My dream is to become a neurosurgeon. I am doing my best in my education so as to achieve it with God's grace.
When I finally become a neurosurgeon and have an independent life. I am going to raise the living standards of my family and community in every single way I can.
I would change the way the poor are neglected in their needs and make sure there is equality in the allocation of funds to both the rich and poor.
