The most difficult experience I had in my life was when my mother took me to the orphanage center. The most memorable and happiest thing in my life was the day when I joined my secondary education.
My dream is to be a doctor, especially a dentist, and I want to get there by studying hard. When I reach my dream, I will make sure that the tooth diseases of my people are taken care of.
If I had the power, I would make sure that my country is among the beautiful countries because of the infrastructures available.

Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
Hello dearest
Today I want to share with you about;
THE CHEATER
Is the world's fastest animal. It can reach a top speed of 112 kilometers per hour.weight about 65kg and height of about 30inches . But despite this speed,it can only run 350meters to 450meters before it's tired.
Has slender legs, sized liver and large strong arteries but lack balance preventing it from running over and spinning out in quick, fast turns during a high speed chase.
The cheetah 🐆🐅 is often mistaken for a leopard. It's distinguish marks are long tear dropped shaped lines on each side of the nose, from the corner of the eyes to the mouth....
But now they are endangered species because human kill them as predator also through poaching and illegal wild animal trafficking.
So we should protect our nature and not destroying them.
Have a nice month 😊, cause it's the best to me (my birthday month 💖💖)
Be safe 🙏
Allah bless you all 👋👋
