Veronica Lukosi
I live with my mother because my parents have separated, that is, they are divorced.
The most difficult experience in my life was when I failed my chemistry exam by scoring 59 out of 100. From this difficult experience, I learnt that I must study hard so that I can perform better in order to reach my dreams.
The happiest thing in my life was when I performed well on my terminal exams and my mother congratulated me so much for my score.
My dream is to be a doctor, especially one who deals with the heart, and I can reach my dream through studying hard. I want to help my family by opening a business for my mother and also to help the orphans and community.
When I get the power to change my country I will build the orphanage centers.

Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
