I live with my aunt. My difficult experience was when I tried to find solutions for the social problems which my family faces.
In my life, the moment which I feel proud of is when I passed my standard seven examinations and got scores that allowed me to join secondary education.
My happiest and memorable time is when I got a person to assist me with my education because I didn?t have anyone to send me to school.
My dream is to be a doctor of surgery and I will reach there through studying hard. After reaching my dream, I will help my family to live a better life and also help people who will suffer with different diseases.
When I get the power to change my country, I will build infrastructures and hospitals so that the health sector can be improved.

Hellow once again fam
Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
