I live with both parents. The difficult experience I had in my life was when I lost my grandfather. I felt so sad because I loved my grandfather so much. Through that experience, I learnt that everybody must be ready for anything and also to be strong.
When I completed standard seven with the grade A, that was my happiest moment and I was proud of it. My dream is to be a pharmacist. I will reach my dream through studying hard.
Then I will help my community and family by providing health education in order to bring development. Also, I will contribute to WEF according to my economic status.
If I get the power to change the country, I will improve the health sector by building many hospitals and increasing the health facilities.

Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
Hello tsf members
I hope you're all fine. Today I would like to share with you about planet Jupiter Jupiter is the largest planet in our Solar System and the fifth planet from the Sun. It is a gas giant, composed primarily of hydrogen and helium, and lacks a solid surface. Notable features include its distinctive banded clouds, a system of thin rings, and a massive, persistent storm known as the Great Red Spot. Jupiter also boasts at least 95 moons, including the large Galilean moons discovered by Galileo Galilei.
Key Characteristics
Gas Giant: Unlike rocky planets, Jupiter has no solid surface.
Massive Size: It is the most massive planet in the Solar System, with more mass than all the other planets combined.
Atmospheric Features: Jupiter's atmosphere is characterized by swirling, colorful bands of clouds, which are formed by rising and falling gases.
The Great Red Spot: This is a colossal storm that has been raging for centuries and is large enough to fit several Earths inside it.
Rings: While not as prominent as Saturn's, Jupiter has a system of faint, dusty rings.
Strong Magnetic Field: Jupiter has the strongest magnetic field of any planet in the Solar System.
Moons
Dozens of Moons: Jupiter has 95 known moons.
Galilean Moons: The four largest moons are Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto, discovered by Galileo in 1610.
Role in the Solar System
Protector of Earth: Jupiter's strong gravity helps to protect Earth and other planets by pulling in comets and asteroids that might otherwise threaten them.
