Careen Mwombeki
I live with both parents. My father is a shopkeeper and my mother does not have a job. The most difficult experience I had in my life was when my father was jobless and he felt very bad. At that time, I learnt that not every day will be okay and without problems. My happiest and memorable thing was when I finished my class 7 with the grade of A. My family felt very happy to see my results.
My dream is to be a doctor of surgery and I hope to reach my dreams by putting effort into studying hard. When I reach my dream, I will help my family to live a beautiful life without any problems.
If I had the power to change my country, I would improve the education sector by changing the syllabus.

Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
Hi everyone.
Today I have encountered some mindful proverbs and wished to share the fruits.
A friend in need is a friend in deed.
Cut your coat according to your cloth.
A small leak will sink a great ship
Example is better than precept.
Waste not want not
These are some of the mind ful lessons i would like every one to note.
Will bring you more, till we meet again...
Stay safe and warm.
GOD bless you all 💕
