Noel Luhwago
My name is Noel Mfano Luhwago. I am only 14 years old, but I have already experienced many hardships due to the poor conditions we live in and the little income we get.
But those have not only become challenges as they have become a teacher to teach me my responsibility to study hard so that I can become an assistant to my family and others when I succeed.
This shows itself through my academic performance, which is great and makes me proud of myself, especially when I passed my standard seven final examination and managed to go to another level, which is secondary.
My dream is to be a lawyer; the only way to achieve that is through hard work in studies. Once I reach my dream, I would like to be a valuable assistant to help people in society receive their rights at the right time, especially those weak and poor people who are sometimes neglected in the Court. Also, to my family, who are now going through a complex financial problem, I will become a good helper for them and for the TSFTZ family.

Here’s something new about medical profession that i would like to share with you
The Hidden Power of Sleep in Healthcare

In the fast-paced world of healthcare, sleep is often underestimated—both by patients and healthcare professionals. While medicines, surgeries, and technologies take center stage, sleep quietly plays a critical role in healing, immunity, and mental well-being.

Research has shown that proper sleep enhances wound healing, improves immune response, and helps regulate vital hormones. For patients in hospitals, disrupted sleep patterns can delay recovery, increase stress, and even raise the risk of complications. For healthcare workers, lack of sleep leads to burnout, reduced focus, and higher chances of medical errors.

Yet, sleep is free, natural, and universally available.

Simple interventions like dimming hospital lights at night, reducing noise levels, and educating patients and staff about sleep hygiene can make a huge difference. Encouraging short naps for healthcare workers during long shifts can also boost alertness and performance.

As we continue to innovate in medicine, we must not forget that sometimes, the most powerful healing tool is rest. Sleep is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It’s time we gave it the attention it deserves in our healthcare systems.
