Joyce Hardson
My name is Joyce Hardson. I live with my father. My mother passed away. We have a modest living. My father works as a mason.
I am grateful for the opportunity to attend school. My happiest moments are when I excel in my studies, making my father proud. I face challenges due to financial constraints, especially when it comes to affording school fees and basic necessities.
Despite these difficulties, I remain determined to pursue my dream of becoming a cartographer. I believe that by studying hard and working diligently, I can contribute to my community and make a positive impact on the world. I am thankful for any support that can help me achieve my goals.
My parents' financial situation is difficult due to the high cost of education, school fees, and basic necessities for our family. They struggle to provide for our needs, including food, clothing, and shelter.
We experience moments of happiness when we are together as a family, respecting and supporting each other. However, we also face challenges, such as difficulty affording necessities, low wages, and threats to our mother's business.
I aspire to become a mechanical engineer. I believe that this career will enable me to provide for my family and help them meet their needs, including education for my younger siblings.

Dearest TSF Family,
Since this is my very first journal entry to you for 2026, I want to start by wishing every single one of you a Happy New Year! I hope your holiday break was filled with rest, laughter, and quality time with loved ones. Now that you are settling back into your school routines, I wanted to send a little spark of motivation your way.
Stepping into a new academic year is like opening a fresh notebook—every page is currently blank, waiting for you to write your own story of growth, discovery, and achievement.
My Wishes for You in 2026:
• Curiosity over Perfection: Don’t be afraid to ask the "why" and "how." Learning isn't just about getting the highest marks; it's about understanding the world around you.
• Resilience: There will be challenging subjects and long days. When things get tough, remember that God is with you and you are part of the TSF family—we are built to be strong and persistent.
• Kindness: As you meet new classmates or reconnect with old ones, be the person who offers a helping hand. Your character shines brighter than any grade.
• Balance: Work hard, but don't forget to pray, play, move your body, and get enough sleep!

Take your time today to write down your big goals you got for this term. It doesn't have to be academic—maybe it's making a new friend, or mastering a specific skill. Keep that goal somewhere you can see it.
I am so incredibly proud of the paths you are all carving for yourselves. Let's make 2026 a year of breakthrough and joy.
Go out there and shine!
Love you all🤍
Hello WEF, today I want to share with you about my plans for the holiday.
With the semester ending soon, I plan to use the holiday wisely. I will take some rest, but I also want to revise the topics we covered so I don’t forget them. I have a few textbooks at home that I will use to stay sharp.

I also want to help my parents with chores and maybe teach my younger siblings what I’ve learned. I believe this holiday will prepare me well for the second semester and help me come back even stronger.
