Elias Sinyaw
My name is Elias Sinyaw, and I am 16 years old. I am currently in Form One at Welwel Secondary School. I am the seventh child in my family, which has eight children.
In my family, the first child is a female who is already married and has one child. The second child is also a female and has one child. The third child is a female studying at the University of Dar es Salaam, while the fourth child is a male studying at the University of Dodoma. The fifth child is a male who is not currently studying and lives on the street. The sixth child is a male studying at secondary school, and the seventh child is me.
Our family's economic situation is challenging due to a lack of money. My parents do not have stable jobs, which makes it difficult for them to provide for us some basic needs like food, school items and clothes.
Moments of happiness in our family often occur during public holidays and religious celebrations, such as Nyerere Day, Workers' Day, Christmas, and Eid al-Fitr. However, we also face difficulties, especially with school fees and the time needed to manage our education. My parents struggle to pay for my education, which adds to our challenges.
I will make sure I can help others with their needs like educational items and for my parents I will build a good house.

Today I want to share with you about 10 ways to become success in life.
Success in life can be achieved by setting clear goals and working consistently toward them, maintaining discipline and time management, staying positive even in challenges, and embracing continuous learning to improve skills and knowledge. Building strong relationships and networking with the right people can open opportunities, while practicing resilience helps to overcome failures and setbacks. Financial responsibility and wise decision-making are also essential for long-term stability, alongside maintaining good health to stay productive.
