What I’ve learned in life is the importance of standing firm and taking responsibility for my own progress. I realized that if I want to succeed, I must rely on myself, make positive changes, and learn from my mistakes. This mindset has strengthened me and contributed to my success.
One of my most special moments was when I recognized a challenge in my community and initiated an advocacy campaign to address it. I developed a solution and led my team to victory, showing me that I have the ability to make a positive impact and bring a smile to others.
The most difficult experience I went through was an illness that left me uncertain about my recovery. In that challenging time, I learned to have faith and prioritize taking care of my health. This experience taught me resilience and the importance of well-being.

Hellow my family
Today I would like to continue with the last message which I have been shared with you about the principles to think and grow rich.
Lets continue with principle number six which is PLANNING; when you decide to take a road trip, the first thing you do is put your destination into the navigator system. Perhaps you will consults a map and decide on a route to follow to reach your destination. Having a well defined plan of how to achieve your goals is just as important as knowing what roads take on your drive.

Principle number seven is DECISION;
A vague wish is opposite of a decision. Everyone wishes to have more money, free time and love. But when you only have a hazy idea of your desire, you cannot tap into the storehouse of power available from infinite intelligence.
Hello everyone,
Hope everyone is doing fine.... Well its been a long time since i post to you but im happy to share something with you today...

I would like to share with you about why we should do things in extent or a moderate amount..

First of all moderate or extent means avoiding extreme by not doing too much or too little of something. Hence It’s about balance. Whether it’s eating, working, exercising, spending money, or even using social media, moderation helps us live healthier, more sustainable lives.

Why We Should Do Things in Moderation:

1. Health and Well-being
Overeating can lead to obesity; hence undereating can cause malnutrition.

Overexercising may lead to injury; no exercise weakens the body.
Thus Moderation supports physical and mental health.

2. Avoid Burnout,
Working nonstop leads to stress, fatigue, and lower productivity.

Moderating work with rest helps maintain energy and focus.

3. Better Self-Control
Practicing moderation teaches discipline.

It helps resist impulses that may lead to regret or harm.

4. Sustainable Habits,
Extreme behaviors are often unsustainable.

Moderate habits are easier to maintain long-term.

5. Balanced Relationships
Giving too much or too little in relationships can create imbalance.

Moderation helps maintain healthy boundaries and mutual respect.

📌 In Simple Words,
Doing things in moderation means not overdoing or under
Doing anything. It’s about finding the right amount that works best over time.

Hope you will learn something... Have a nice weekend and happy new month💖
